Store Pickup


  1. Log into your account on the Roton website and check your order status.  If it says processing then your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

  2. Calling the store before coming in person is a good idea.  This will ensure that your order is put together and ready to go so there is no waiting.

  3. Please have all your information ready before calling (including your order number) to make the process as easy as possible.
